Each 500mg capsule contains:  Powder of:   Shudha Shilajit (A.F.I)  Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera(Rt) Excipients   Preservativves: Methylparaben sodium (I.P.)    Dosage:  One Capsule at bed time with milk or as directed by the physician.
